Report Card Lost/Stolen

Report a Lost/Stolen VISA Credit, VISA Debit, or ATM Card

  • In Digital Banking: in "Card management" widget, click on a card, click on "Report lost/stolen", choose "Lost" or "Stolen", and then "Report". 
  • If the option "Reorder card" is chosen, your new replacement card will be delivered to your address on file via regular mail in 5-10 business days. You may continue using your existing card until a replacement card arrives.
