External Transfers

Transfer money to and from your SUMA FCU accounts and your accounts held at other financial institutions with safe External Transfers via SUMA Online & Mobile Banking App.

Login to your Online or Mobile Banking, go to "Settings", select "External Account", and then "Add External Account" option and follow on-screen instructions, or contact Member Service to help you with the setup.
 
After adding your external account, we will verify the account information prior to first usage for your protection and security. You will receive two (2) small deposits into your external account within three (3) days from the transfer setup. You have seven (7) days to verify your account or your request is deleted. 

Once the account is added to your SUMA FCU profile and verified by you via inputting two (2) small deposit amounts in the "Settings" menu, you are all set to transfer funds between your accounts.
 
Go to "Transfers" menu and schedule a transfer from or to your external account.
